Are you willing to share your favorite catfish recipe with your fisher-friends? If you are, just enter it in the text box below. We'll give it a try and if it's edible, or at least if no-one dies, we'll put your name in a hat along with your fellow cooks. At several points this summer, including Riverfest and the Annual Fishing Derby we will pick the names of our lucky prize winners from a hat. The prizes will be fishingly fashionable, Red River Resort Hats and T-shirts (soon be pictured on this page). No need to be present at any of the events, we'll inform our winners by email and send the prizes to you. Remember, your recipe will be shared with other visitors to the site in which case you must be okay with giving up culinary top secrets.
